Healthcare teams.

We have conducted several investigations that involve exploring mentorship/education networks in healthcare organizations. A further key topic within our research group relates to the team cognitions that unfold within ad hoc teams during acute care - and that determine the extent that members are on the ‘same page’.

An example article in this space, led by J. Colin Evans can be found HERE. That paper focused on the literature involving ‘nontechnical skills’ within the resuscitation literature, and summarized the following set of concepts to revise a previous NTS taxonomy.
